Politics: McCain and Obama flip flop on Iraq???? Is refine going to become redefine? Obama donors only donated $100,000.00 to Hilary Clinton's debt. Shadow believes this is a bad idea for Obama to ven ask for this help for her because it makes one feel what happens if someone else needs money for a bad investment or mistake and who floats that bill??? The American taxpayer??? And then there is the comment made by Rev. Jesse Jackson and I use that word Reverend loosely the way he talks and acts is definitely not the way for a reverend to act...Finally, FISA wiretapping bill passes letting telecom companies a pass on getting sued for wiretapping occurring through their lines...Are you kidding??? Guess we live in a police state...

Shadow went to Carnegie Hal and talks about what performance he saw there and the gang talks about the movies Hancock, Wanted, and Wall-E and other movies they will watch by next week...

Sports: We talk about the Tour de France, Wimbledon where Nedal from Spain beat Federer from Switzerland and Venus beat Serena and The U.S. Open is in Auust in Queens, NY. Then again with Spain winning where they beat Germany in soccer, some baseball talk with the All-Star game at Yankee Stadium starting at 8 PM Monday and finally our talk about our BAR Formula 1 Honda Racing Team coming in third goto www.myeartdreams.com to see why we are part of this...

Local News: Now this is where the show fell apart...We talk about oil concerns again and Shdow gives his take on what we can do to leviate the issue quickly and also share thoughts by a Billionaire oil man who is airing commercials calling for support of renewable clean energy... Onile forgets the name of the assistant district attorney who is also the wife of the chief of police who is charged with sleeping with underage boys. Now we didn't have her name nor were we sure the chief of police is our very own from NYC but it was juicy just the same to find out this wonderful information...

Second Song: “Secret Combination” by Kalomira (Greek artist)

International News: UAE is canceling the entire debt that Iraq owes which is the sum of almost 7 billion dollars. Shadow is weary of this generous action. There were blasts in Islamabad, Pakistan which coincided with ISlamist rally. Many of the victims were policemen in which 19 people were dead. Also there was a blast in Kubul, Aghanistan near the Indian Embassy on the same day. First accounts was that it was at the Ministry of Interior. In South Korea the President of that country is dealing with protests and dealing with boosting the economy. and then we talk about how Fidel Castro calls for the Farc to free the rest of their hostages saying that holding them all these years in the jungle was cruel... WHAT WHAT WHAT WHAT??????? Yeah me too...

Health with Shadow: New findings state that men have a biological clock starting with fertility falling at the age over 30 and a 70 year old Indian woman had given birth to twins and finally we talk about how jalapenos is the cause of the salmonella outbreak and not tomatoes like previously suspected...

Travel: Come to NYC for your summer travel. We have free concerts like Bon Jovi playing at Central Park we also talk about the NY Botanical Gardens in the Bronx and The Bronx Zoo. So much to do in our city. And Shadow invites all travelers to come hangout with him this summer when you come to NYC.

World Concerns: G-8 summit started this week in Japan. Talks was about energy and food crisis though Japan wanted to talk about climate change and Shadow really goes off with the hypocrisy of Japan being upset about the environment when they hunt whales... Then Shadow and Onile also talk about Iran test firing missiles...

No veal because we won't be back next week...and have you seen the price of veal??? It's so expensive and the taste... but I digress.

We would like to give a shout out to Jazzy from Twin Cities Radio and our newest listeners in Japan and Greece... We are now over 1 million listeners and I would like to thank all of our loyal listeners and our newest friends...

Politics: Obama and Clinton meet in UNITY, NEW HAMPSHIRE to make their symbolic attempt to unify their party after a nasty campaign. Shadow thinks the whole thing reeks and Onile agrees... What what what????? Obama also gives $2,300.00 toward Hillary's campaign debt hoping others will follow which is rediculous since she already lost the campaign so why would anyone throw good money to a campaign that is over??? Only the Democrats would think that is a good idea. Then Shadow asks some really hard hitting questions for both the Dem and Rep candidates on how they will deal with China and foreign oil and talk about how China has bought into our debt and the repercussions of that act. And finally we talk about how India likes Obama for breaking the color barrier in the U.S. but favor McCain because of his policies of saying India should be part of the G-8, their position on trade, dealing with the long stalled nuclear agreement, and if he appoints the Indian American governor of Louisianna would cinch their feelings toward him... But then Shadow made a great point of why would we want our VP chosen by a foreign interest????

We play a tribute to George Carlin who died last week of a heart attack. Listen to some of our favorite clips of his career. We wrap that segment with a few words from Shadow.

Sports: Another person died last week. Drag racer Scott Kalitta, 46 years old, dies in a crash of his racer when the engine blew up. He was a 2 time TOP FUEL Champion in NHRA. We then talk about the NBA draft and how 10 incoming rookies didn't play all 4 years of college ball. Shadow talks about hsi opinion on that occurring and how that will affect the game. Soccer talk with Spain beating Russia 3-0 and Germany beats Turkey 3-2 so Sunday Spain plays Germany in the final. Baseball talk about Kurt Schilling possibly retiring, the aftermath of the new METS coach regarding his opinion of the METS fans and talk about the Yankees. An Ex-NFL player does a cross-country walk for charity and finally we finish this segment with a George Carlin clip about football and baseball...

Local News: The Supreme Court rules that the Second Amendment protects the rights to own a gun in our nation's capital. Of course Shadow will give his thoughts on that and his idea of how to cut crime in Washington, D.C. This includes our President and Senators and the like... A 15 year old girl was stabbed after her and some friends taunt a 37 year old man. Wait til you hear the response about this topic. Finally, IMUS is back in the news and from time to time you will hear Shadow poking fun at IMUS' mistake of saying his comments about "PAC-MAN" Jones and Shadow also goes after "PAC-MAN" in Shadow's own special way...

Second Song: A final George Carlin tribute

International News: Shadow rips the Philippines ferry company fr going out of dock during a typhoon and gives the detail information about what happen last week and what is happening now with the recovery efforts. This is a must for all listeners to hear what is happening there now. Nelson Mandela has his 90th birthday and Shadow sends a salutation to his friend. Then the Shadow Show gets less stressed by talking about the Miss Universe contest which is being hosted by Vietnam, and we talk about the Glastonbury Music Festival. We unfortunately end our International Segment with bad news about a 11 year old Romanian girl that got raped by her uncle and was trying to get an abortion and that Christian groups was trying to stop her. Shadow gives it right at this countries for their issues and Christian groups for their obtuse thinking. Every week Shadow is going to have an issue from a foreign county to show the rest of the world everywhere there are major issues and that Americans are no better or worse than the rest of the world...

Health with Shadow: Iran is fighting a war on drugs and we delve into the problems occurring in that country and the health issues they face... We talk in more detail about Endosulfin, the illegal insecticide that was on that ill-fated ferry boat disaster in Philippines last week and the health risks this pesticide induces. Del Monte Philippines uses it on their pineapple plantations and Shadow warns for consumers to stay away from all Del Monte products until they promise to stop using something so dangerous on their consumable products.

Last health issue is warning women that they need to stay happy while pregnant so their babies will develop normally...

Travel: So we want people to come to NYC especially all of our listeners and welcome them to our city to see all the sites and hang with Shadow and Onile from The Shadow Show... One new thing to see in the city are these Waterfalls by a Dutchman called 4 Eliasson NYC Waterfalls. Though Onile and Shadow don't really like these "waterfalls" we talk about how Circle Line ferries are running from this week til Oct 13th, 2008 and charging $10.00 for 30 min and $25.00 for 1 hr tours to these structures. Children are half price. 7AM-7PM everyday. There is also talk about other places to see around our city and we welcome you to visit...

World Concerns: North Korea turn over their weapons plans to China and destroy a nuclear power plant, EU lifts their sanctions on Cuba and Zimbabweans will vote again but only Mugabe is running leaving the election open to no opposition because Tsvangirai boycotts the election. Shadow goes off on Tsvangirai for quiting and just allowing his people to suffer as well as Shadow talking about the change in the world with North Korea and Cuba.

One hell of a show...so much that Shadow is taking next week off to recoup. See you all in a few weeks especially our newest listeners in Japan and Greece...

Politics: We were all on time this week...Obama's speech on Father's Day, he also picks Hilary Clinton's ex-campaign manager which is a big “F***” you to Hilary. Chesy Clinton is asked if she would vote for Obama and doesn't answer. Finally, we talk about Laura Bush coming out to the defense of Michelle Obama and to top it all off we have someone crash our studio to sak about his keyboard case and if we knew anything about it. What other show can you get all of that in 12 minutes?????

Local News: Severe weather throughout the midwest in Iowa and that the Mississippi is flooding throughout the region. Obama helping in Illinois sand bagging and this is going to cause food prices to surge...
We then talk about the death of Tim Russert and play a clip from about a month ago when one of Hilary Clinton's people was on MEET THE PRESS and stated BIG RUSS was in heaven and now Tim died. Finally, we talk about a group of cyclists in Colorado protesting high gas prices by riding in the nude...

Second Song: “You Were Lookin’” by Status Green

International News: Bin Ladin shows up to talk about the Taliban attack in Afghanistan on a prison releasing 100's of Taliban militants and the President of Afghanistan, Hamid Karzai threatens to invade Pakistan for harboring Taliban insurgents and he won't tolerate cross border attacks by Taliban leaders hiding in Pakistan. Also we talk about all the violence happening in Canada and balcony collapses throughout the country.

Health with Shadow: This week we talk about heart attacks what are the signs causes and ways to avoid this problem and we also talk about knee surgery and the problems created by this type of surgery and how to avoid knee problems... We wrap up this segment with research in Sweden saying gay men have the same type of brains as straight women and gay women have the same brain as straight men. Some interesting talk this week that you don't want to miss...

Travel: Sticking with Canada we talk about Air Canada cutting 2,000 jobs and it's impact and how crimes on cruise ships have increased especially on Canadian citizens and what they must know to protect themselves while traveling...

World Concerns: Proliferation of jellyfish impacts the world oceans and speaks volumes of the problems the world faces with change in environment and over fishing. High gas prices affecting who can travel around the world now and how that plays right into terrorists hands while it also hurts small countries and small businesses that rely on middle class and poorer people that use to be able to come to those countries to stay at their small hotels and restaurants... And the flooding around the world affecting world food supplies that are already strained...

Politics: McCain in NYC wanting Obama to have town meeting style debates with him...McCain out of touch with what is really going on with the education system in NYC... McCain strikes at Obama for not going to Iraq once to see the progress nor talking with any general about the situation in Iraq... Shadow talks about his prediction of that series. Belmont Stakes talk about Big Brown and losing the race, Baseball and how Yankee Stadium needs another 300 MIL yet they want the tax payers to take care of the bill yet still charge us money to come see the games, and finally International Soccer talk in which more will come in the up coming weeks...

Local News: Severe weather kills 4 boy scouts in Iowa, The MTA is raising fares and Shadow goes off... and then Shadow apologizes (Wait am I reading this correctly???) yeah apologizes for a mistake he made on air last week during this segment. Listen in to find out more...

International News: A girl is the product of incest in Vienna and after much abuse and trauma is taken to the hospital where authorities were notified and the Grand father/father was arrested and awaits trial. And they call Americans sick!!!!!!Four men including three Colombians arrested in an alleged plot to attack the Ecuadorian President, and our talk on the (What Shadow considers a confusing) EU treaty and what that means for the EU in general.

Health with Shadow: The tomato scare hits NYC as well a many other states in the US. Shadow warns of this being biological warfare on the U.S. To suspicious because of what happen with other produce last year. Shadow encourages 30 min walks and gives reasons for this endorsement, Medical Schools in the U.S. fail to police money, gifts, and free drug samples that pharmaceutical companies shower on doctors, and finally another apology (What????? Two in one show Yeah I know AMAZING) from Shadow about the information he gave about Menthol bill from last weeks report...

Travel: Gas prices rise over $4.75 a gallon and Shadow says stop working for a month and if we all do it the price of oil would drop... and Airlines goes looney and charges $15.00 first bag and $25.00 second bag... Now this is where Shadow lost his mind on airlines and gas companies. You must hear it to believe it and feel what you are thinking... Shadow tells it like it is!!!!!!!

World Concerns: U.S. military releases footage on air strike in Oakistan after "hot pursuit" on Taliban forces and the impact of these attacks, U.S. also accuses some Pakistan intelligence and paramilitary forces helping the Taliban insurgents giving them vital information and a safe haven and finally Shadow talks about the pledging of money to rebuild Afghanistan and the history behind the war that the U.S. started in Afghanistan and why it had happened and why, when those say the U.S. should mind their own business why that attitude is ignorant and dangerous...

Local News: 9/11 suspect on trial in Guantanamo Bay and wants to be put to death to become a martar but Shadow has other plans to suggest to the government to fix his wagon...Another crane falls in NYC, 2 people die, and who is going to answer for this???? Not Bloomberg...and then we talk about the Puerto Rican Day Parade...

International News: If Onile gets his act together I would have started with Zimbabwe but he couldn't seem to read this week. LOL So instead I start with the Indian State of Maharashtra wants to build a statue to rival the Statue of Liberty, under protests because of shortage of food, water and power. US scholar Professor Laine wrote a controversial book about India's Shivaji so they want him arrested. Indonesia withdraws from OPEC and Zimbabwe suspends aid operations... What a messed up world. And people want to point fingers at the USA...

Health with Shadow: Fuck it we'll do it live!!!!!!! Multiple Sclerosis What is it and what's new intreatments. Listen in and find out you will be aazed, informed, and it may save your life...DEMS and REPS want to oopose a bill that ban all cigarette flavors except MENTHOL which is smoked by over 80 % black males. Shadow goes off on this one and wants an explaination why blacks and how were blacks targeted with Menthol, Malt Liquer, and Arsenio Hall LOL The segment ends with the failure of medical schools adequately policing pharmaceutical companies...

Travel: Fuck it !!! We'll do it live.... Again and again... Continental woes 3,000 jobs slashed routes changed, Delta trying to deal with pilots and Long Island woman suing for peanuts being served on American Airlines because her son has an allergy...

World Concerns: Communists in India striking, Nepal rebels in charge but not as President yet still India worried about this Maoist government because of China ties and that India and China had a bitter border war in 1962.
